Not only that, but the moves that you are doing in week 1 help you build the foundation so that you can do new and harder moves week after week. My favorite part about 80 Day Obsession is that I don’t need to do any planning at all.Īll I have to do is hit “play” because I KNOW I am going to see results if I trust the process and the program. For this program, all you need is a light, medium, and heavy set of weights and resistance bands (that come with the program!)!
